Position Available: Pharmacist (2 positions)
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Pharmacist at JAIHAS, your role will be multifaceted and engaging. Your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching NTA level 4-6 students and conducting internal examinations.
- Active participation in various academic activities, including test and assignment setting, invigilation, and grading.
- Supervising students during clinical rotations and fieldwork.
- Developing educational materials such as handouts.
- Administration tasks, including maintaining student attendance records.
- Contributing to research and consultancy projects.
- Ensuring the strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
- Participation in curriculum development and other duties as assigned by the principal.
Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this position, you should meet the following academic criteria:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from a reputable university.
- Completed a one-year internship program.
- Registered by the Pharmacy Council.
- Possess a valid practicing license.
- An additional advantage is a certificate of attendance in teaching methodology program.
Work Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of three years of teaching experience at a Health Training Institution.
