Assistant Nursing Officer Grade II – 5 Posts
Qualifications of the Applicant:
- Must have graduated with a Nursing Diploma (Diploma) of a minimum duration of two years from a College recognized by the Government and registered with Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC), must also have a valid license.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing services.
- Collect vital health statistics.
- Directing the work of the nurses under him.
Technologist Grade II – Radiographer – 2 Posts
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Radiographer.
- Additional certifications or specialized training in specific imaging modalities (e.g., MRI, CT, ultrasound) will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and imaging software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and/or ultrasounds, as directed by physicians or medical staff.
- Position patients properly to obtain the best possible images while ensuring their comfort and safety during the procedure.
- Adjust imaging equipment settings to achieve the desired image quality while minimizing radiation exposure to patients and staff.
- Review and evaluate completed images for quality, clarity, and accuracy, ensuring all required anatomical structures are clearly visible.
Health Records Keeper – 2 Posts
Qualifications of the Applicant:
- He should have completed fourth or sixth form education and Diploma in health records management from college recognized by the government.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a procedure that facilitates access to records/documents/information.
- Searching archives / records.
- Dealing with the reception of local patients (In-Patients) and outpatients (Out-Patients).
- To collect, review and store various information of sick wards.
General Conditions for Applicants
- Be a citizen of Tanzania.
- He should be at least 18 years old and not more than 35 years old.
- He should not be a Government Employee.
- Each applicant must attach a copy of the birth certificate, National ID, or national identification number (NIDA).
- Applicants who meet the criteria will be called for an interview, and those who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this announcement will not be called.
