Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from an accredited College/University.
- Registered by the Tanzania Nursing and Midwifery Council (TNMC).
- Possession of a valid practicing license.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Nursing Officer, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, assisting in the delivery of quality patient care, promoting patient well-being, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Your roles may include but are not limited to:
- Providing nursing care and support to patients under the guidance of senior nursing staff.
- Assisting in monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or medical team.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assisting in the preparation and implementation of care plans for patients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, standards, and infection control protocols.
