Job Title: Clinical Officer

TEF is currently seeking experienced and competent Clinical Officers to join our team. If you have a diploma in clinical medicine and a passion for providing quality healthcare services, we invite you to apply for this vacancy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess and examine patients, diagnose medical conditions, and provide appropriate treatment.
• Administer medication and carry out minor surgical procedures.
• Offer guidance and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Keep accurate and detailed medical records of patients’ assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience as a Clinical Officer, demonstrating competence in providing healthcare services.
• Strong knowledge of medical procedures, diagnoses, and treatment options.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
• Valid license to practice as a Clinical Officer in Tanzania.
