The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform applicants for various positions who interviewed on 27/09/2022, 25/10/2022, 23/11/2022, 06/12/2022, and 04-19/02/2023 that the results of the job applicants who passed the interview are as listed in this advertisement.
The list of these names also includes some interviewees who were in the database (Database) for various cadres, and they have been assigned to work stations after a position becomes available.
Applicants who have passed the interview are required to bring letters of assignment to the work center at the Offices of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service, located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) on the buildings of Dr. Asha Rose Migiro. They should retrieve the letters within seven days from the date of this announcement. Afterward, letters that are not collected in person will be sent through the applicants’ postal addresses.
In addition, job applicants who passed the interview and were assigned to a work center are required to report to their employers during the period specified in the letters of assignment. They should also bring their original certificates of studies from the fourth form onwards for verification by the employer before receiving a letter of employment.
For those whose names are not included in this announcement, please note that they did not get a chance or did not pass the interview. Therefore, they are encouraged to reapply when job vacancies are announced.
Note: Applicants who come to pick up their letters must wear masks and bring a recognizable ID.
