The University of Dar es Salaam is informing all individuals who have applied for jobs in various positions that the interviews will be conducted from May 30, 2023, to June 6, 2023. Candidates who have been invited for the interview are required to adhere to the following instructions:

• The interview will take place from May 30, 2023, to June 6, 2023, as mentioned in the advertisement.
• The specific time and location for each cadre’s interview are provided.
• Every respondent must carry a valid form of identification.
• Acceptable identification documents include Resident ID, Voter ID, Work ID, National ID, Travel Document, or Driver’s License.
• Interviewees must bring their original certificates, starting from the Birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, etc., depending on their qualifications.
• Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, Form IV and Form VI result slips will not be accepted. Interviewees must present original certificates.
• Each interviewee is responsible for covering expenses related to food, travel, and accommodation.
• Candidates should carefully note the date, time, and venue assigned for their interview.
• The interview will include a presentation on a given topic.
• Applicants who have studied outside of Tanzania should ensure that their certificates are verified by the relevant authority, such as TCU (Tanzania Commission for Universities) or NECTA (National Examinations Council of Tanzania).
• Job applicants whose names are not listed in this advertisement should understand that they do not meet the criteria.
• All interviewees must log into their accounts and note down their interview number since it will not be provided on the day of the interview.
• Individuals with different names on their education, professional, and birth certificates should have a registered name change oath (DEED POLL).
• Interviewees born outside of Tanzania should submit proof of citizenship from Immigration Offices.
