The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has announced the names of individuals who are invited for interviews in different sectors.

The PSRS is a government department that operates independently and is responsible for facilitating the recruitment process for public service employees. It was established under the Public Service Act of 2002, as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1).
The vision of the PSRS is to become a Center of Excellence in Public Service Recruitment within the region.
Their mission is to carry out the recruitment of public servants using modern methods, while adhering to principles of fairness, transparency, merit, and providing advice to employers on employment matters.
The main function of the PSRS is to assist in the recruitment process for the public service.
This includes searching for professionals with special skills and creating a database of such professionals to facilitate recruitment.
They also register graduates and professionals for easy reference when filling vacant positions, advertise vacant posts in the public service, engage experts to conduct interviews, advise employers on recruitment matters, and carry out any other tasks directed by the Minister responsible for Public Service.
The PSRS operates based on a set of core values. These values guide their work performance and conduct, adapting to changes in society, government, politics, and technology.
