Candidates should possess the following general attributes:
- Adherence to professional ethics and conduct
- Ability to design, set, administer, and supervise different assessment items
- Ability to identify students facing difficulties and provide support
- Ability to evaluate student scripts and coursework and provide feedback
- Proficiency in computer skills and applications
- Ability to create and deliver teaching materials
- Capability to serve as a role model and inspire dedication to learning, creativity, and problem-solving
- Competence in independent research and feedback provision
- Capability to supervise research and knowledge generation activities
- Adaptability, flexibility, and stress resistance

Remuneration for successful candidates will be based on qualifications and experience, following the CUHAS Scheme of Service.
