The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform applicants for various positions who were interviewed on 07/01/2023 and 05-19/02/2023 that the results of the job applicants who passed the interview are listed in this advertisement.
The list of names also includes some interviewees who were on the Database for various cadres and have been assigned to work centers as per availability of space.
Applicants who have passed the interview are required to collect their letters of assignment from the work center at the Offices of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service, located in the University of Dodoma (UDOM) on the buildings of Dr. Asha Rose Migiro, Open records within seven days from the date of this announcement.
Any letters that are not collected within this period will be sent to the applicants’ postal address. Additionally, job applicants who passed the interview and were assigned to a work center are required to report to the employer during the period specified in the letters of assignment, along with their original certificates of studies from the fourth form onwards.
These certificates must be verified by the employer before a letter of employment can be issued.
For those whose names are not listed in this announcement, it should be understood that they did not secure a position/did not pass the interview. They are encouraged to reapply for job positions when they are announced.
NB: Applicants who come to collect their letters must wear a mask and bring a recognizable ID.
