Would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from February 19, 2024, to March 4, 2024, and successful applicants will be assigned work stations.

Instructions to All Interviewers

Interviewees are required to adhere to the following instructions:

1. The interview will be conducted from the dates indicated in this announcement, and the time and place where the interview will be conducted are specified for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a mask.
3. Each interviewee must have identification for recognition.
4. Acceptable forms of identification include Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
5. Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, O-Level, A-Level, Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and beyond depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
6. Interviewees who submit testimonials, provisional results, statement of results, or high school results slips will NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Each interviewee must adhere to the date, time, and place assigned for the interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to reapply when job vacancies are announced and meet the requirements of the relevant announcement.
11. For professions requiring registration with their respective Professional Boards, applicants must bring their original registration certificates along with work licenses.
12. All interviewees called for the interview must ensure they log into their accounts and copy their exam numbers as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
13. All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so they are advised to wear weather-appropriate clothing.
