Mnero Hospital, owned by the Catholic Diocese of Lindi, located in the Lindi region, Nachingwea District Council, announces job vacancies as follows:

Contract Employment

1. Assistant Nurse Officer Grade II (1 Post)

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have a Form Four/Six certificate
• Must possess a two-year Nursing certificate from a Government-recognized institution and registered by the Nurses and Midwives Council of Tanzania
• Must have a valid license
• Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a National ID
• Must be below 45 years of age

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing nursing duties to serve patients/clients in the community, hospital, and all healthcare service delivery points
• Supervising and coordinating the work of healthcare providers in their area of operation
• Collecting data and preparing performance reports
• Providing home-based patient care
• Offering counseling services
• Providing contraception and family planning services
• Providing maternal and child health services
• Educating patients and the community about their health issues

Salary: Tsh. 500,000/= per month

2. Nurse Grade I (1 Post)

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen with a National ID
• Must be below 45 years of age
