Duties and Responsibilities

  • iTo perform dental work except for crown and bridge, orthodontist, and maxillofacial density;

  • Import, store, and distribute medicines and medical supplies within their area of ​​work.

  • Perform other duties assigned by their supervisor related to their education, experience, and skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have completed Form Four or Form Six education and possess a certificate in Pharmacy from a government-recognized institution and registered with the relevant Councils where applicable.

3. Assistant Laboratory Technologists – 5 Posts

Duties and Responsibilities

i. Prepare reagents for laboratory tests. ii. Perform preliminary work on samples brought to the laboratory. iii. Collect blood from patients and volunteers. iv. Record test results in the registry. v. Prepare work equipment. vi. Properly store all samples requiring storage after examination according to procedures. vii. Perform other duties assigned by their supervisor related to their education, experience, and skills.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have completed Form Four or Form Six education and possess a certificate in Laboratory Science from a government-recognized institution and registered with the relevant Councils where applicable.

4. Assistant Medical Officer – 5 Posts

Employer: Ministry of Defense and National Service

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify patient problems and provide medical services, preventive care, and services for mothers and children.
  • Perform emergency and routine surgeries.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate health services in their areas of work.
  • Plan the implementation of disaster and emergency response plans.
  • Conduct research in various health areas to improve service delivery.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have an Advanced Diploma in Medicine from a government-recognized institution and hold a valid license to practice issued by the Medical Council of Tanganyika, along with a minimum of three years of work experience.
