List of Applicants Called for Interviews at Songwe

The Administrative Secretary of Songwe Region wishes to inform all job applicants who have applied for short-term positions announced in October 2023 that interviews are scheduled to take place from October 30, 2023, to November 1, 2023.

For those who pass the interview, job centers will be arranged.

Requirements

Applicants selected for an interview should adhere to the following instructions:

1. The interviews will occur over three days, from October 30, 2023, to November 1, 2023, in the large meeting hall of the Regional Governor’s Office in Songwe.
2. All interviewees are required to dress in smart attire.
3. Each interviewee must carry an identification card. Acceptable IDs include citizenship IDs, voter IDs, or passports.
4. Bring original certificates, including those from Form Four, Sixth Form, Diploma, and Degree (as per the applied position).
5. For positions requiring registration with a professional board, candidates should provide original registration certificates and licenses for their practice.
6. Temporary results (Provisional/Testimonial/Statement of results) will not be accepted.
7. Adhere to the date and time provided in the attached interview schedule.
8. Applicants who studied outside of Tanzania should ensure that their certificates are verified by the Tanzania Examination Council (NECTA), TCU, or NACTE.
9. Applicants not listed in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. They are encouraged to reapply when other job opportunities are announced, provided they meet the relevant requirements.

10. Please note that the weather in Songwe Region is cold, so dress warmly.
11. Each interviewee is responsible for their own expenses, including food, travel, and accommodation.
