Position Summary
- Role: Clinical Officer for the DYNAMIC project in Ifakara Town Council, Mlimba, and Ulanga districts within Morogoro region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical support algorithm application in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate to enhance algorithm efficacy.
- Conduct training for healthcare providers on tablet technology and algorithm use.
- Provide ongoing support to healthcare staff.
- Liaise with District Medical Officers and Community Health Management Team.
- Reporting and participation in meetings.
- Contribute to data analysis.
- Other job-related duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine with a valid medical license in Tanzania.
- Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare technology implementation is advantageous.
- Good clinical understanding of IMCI and child health.
Skills and Competencies
- Pediatric healthcare experience with a strong understanding of children’s illnesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technological proficiency with tablet-based applications.
- Adherence to IHI core values.
