General Conditions for All Applicants

1. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged not more than 45 years.
2. All applicants must submit two recent “Passport size” photos.
3. Attach a copy of the birth certificate, National ID (NIDA), voter ID, or passport.
4. Provide comprehensive personal details in a Detailed CV, including address, reliable phone numbers, and names of three trustworthy referees.
5. Attach academic certificates, copies of Form IV and Form VI certificates, and certificates of completion for various training relevant to the job.

   • Professional certificates from respective boards
   • Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results (Form IV and Form VI Results Slips) will not be accepted.
6. Applicants who studied abroad must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities: Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU), National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA), and the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
