Management and Development for Health (MDH) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to addressing public health priorities in Tanzania and worldwide.

These priorities encompass communicable diseases like HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria; Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child health (RMNCH); Nutrition; Non-Communicable Diseases of public health significance; and Health System Strengthening.

MDH collaborates with various local and global institutions, including the Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC), President’s Office Regional Authorities and Local Government (PORALG), donor agencies, academic institutions, implementing partners, civil society, community-based and faith-based organizations, among others.

MDH, in partnership with Igunga DC, Nzega DC, Nzega TC, Kaliua DC, Urambo DC, Sikonge DC, Uyui DC, Tabora MC, St. John Paul II Hospital, Nkinga Hospital, Sikonge CDH, Ndala Hospital, and Kitete RRH, is inviting qualified candidates to apply for volunteer positions.
