Duties and Responsibilities
- Instruct NTA level 4-6 students and oversee internal examinations.
- Engage in various academic activities, including test preparation, invigilation, marking, and supervising clinical rotations.
- Create educational materials and handouts.
- Manage administrative tasks, including attendance records.
- Contribute to research and consultancy projects.
- Maintain health and safety protocols.
- Participate in curriculum development and perform assigned duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a reputable university.
- Completion of a one-year internship program.
- Registration with the Medical Council of Tanzania.
- Valid practicing license.
- Certificate of attendance in teaching methodology program (an advantage).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience at a Health Training Institution.
