Would like to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted from March 4th, 2024, to March 19th, 2024, and eventually assign workstations to successful candidates.

Instructions to All Interviewers

Applicants invited for the interview should adhere to the following instructions:

1. The interview will be conducted as indicated in this announcement, specifying the time and place for each cadre.
2. Each interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
3. Each interviewee must have identification for recognition.
4. Acceptable forms of identification include: Resident Identity Card, Voter’s Identification Card, Employment Identification Card, Citizenship Identification Card, or Passport.
5. Interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and onwards depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
6. Interviewees who submit Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or certificates for Form IV and VI (Form V and Form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
7. Each interviewee is responsible for their own meals, transportation, and accommodation.
8. Each interviewee must adhere to the date, time, and location assigned for the interview.
9. Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
10. Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to reapply when job vacancies are announced and consider the requirements of the respective announcement.
11. For professions requiring registration with their respective Professional Boards, applicants must bring their Original Registration Certificates along with their Work Licenses.
12. All interviewees must ensure they access their accounts and copy the examination numbers as these numbers will not be provided on the day of the interview.
13. All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is cold, so they are advised to wear clothing suitable for cold weather.
