Applicants Called for Work at the Ministry of Health

The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health wishes to inform applicants for health cadre employment positions advertised on the Ministry’s website www.moh.go.tz from October 19, 2023, to November 3, 2023, that the application process has been finalized.

Individuals whose names are listed in this announcement are required to report to the Auditorium of Mirembe Nursing College, Dodoma, within fourteen (14) days from February 29, 2024, to complete the employment procedures.

Required Attachments

Applicants must bring original certificates, two (2) copies for each certificate used during the application process, including:

• Birth certificate copy;
• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• National ID copy;
• Secondary Education certificates (Form Four and Six);
• Professional certificates and Transcripts;
• Internship Training Certificate;
• Registration Certificate from relevant Councils and Boards (Valid License);
• Accreditation and Equivalence Certification from TCU and NECTA for those who studied abroad or completed secondary education outside the country/Foreign Curriculum;
• In case of name discrepancies in certificates and birth certificate, ensure to submit an affidavit of names (Deed Pool) from the Registrar of Oaths and authenticated by the Registrar of Deeds, Ministry of Land and Housing Development;
• Two (2) Passport Size Photographs.

Moreover, any applicant who reports with only a Transcript or lacks any of the mentioned documents will not be accepted.

Applicants whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they were not selected, and they are encouraged to apply for future job openings. All applicants are urged to adhere to the reporting deadline as specified above.

The Ministry will take action to fill these positions for those who fail to report within the mentioned timeframe.
