Names of Employed Applicants From Ajira Portal Database
The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who underwent interviews between November 26, 2022, and January 22, 2024, that the results of successful candidates in that interview are as listed in this announcement.
The list of these names also includes some of the candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned workplaces after positions were filled.
Successful interviewees are required to collect appointment letters at the Office of the Public Service Employment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dkt. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Cashier’s Office, within seven days from the date of this announcement, and thereafter letters not collected by the concerned parties will be sent via their postal addresses.
Additionally, successful job applicants who have been assigned workplaces are required to report to the employer within the specified time stated in the appointment letters, bringing along original academic certificates from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being issued an Employment letter.
For those whose names do not appear in this announcement, they should understand that they did not secure a position/did not pass the interview, so they should not hesitate to reapply when job vacancies are announced.
Requirements
Those coming to collect appointment letters must have one of these identifications for verification purposes; Acceptable IDs include:
- Citizenship ID,
- Passport,
- Resident ID,
- Voter ID, or
- Employment ID.
