Job Opportunities at Morogoro Polyclinic
Join the dedicated team at Morogoro Polyclinic, a part of the East-Central Tanzania Conference of Adventist Health Ministries, in delivering compassionate healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions:
- Pharmaceutical Technologist (Mfamasia) – 1 Position
- Assistant Laboratory Technologist (Mtaalamu wa Maabara) – 1 Position
- Medical Attendants – 2 Positions
- Dental Therapist – 1 Position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pharmaceutical Technologist:
- Dispensing medications accurately and providing pharmaceutical care to patients.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining inventory control.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Assistant Laboratory Technologist:
- Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses under supervision.
- Maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring quality control.
- Documenting and reporting test results accurately and timely.
- Medical Attendants:
- Providing basic medical care and assistance to patients under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
- Assisting in patient education and community health initiatives.
- Supporting administrative tasks and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Dental Therapist:
- Performing dental procedures such as scaling, polishing, and fluoride application.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Assisting dentists in treatment procedures and maintaining patient records.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants with certificates relevant to the mentioned profession above should not exceed the age of 45. A minimum of one year of experience is required. Additionally, possession of a registration license from the respective council is mandatory.
