The Secretary of the Secretariat of Employment in the Public Service on behalf of the Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute (JKCI), would like to inform all job seekers who applied for a job that the interview is expected to be conducted on 2023-07-12.

The interviewees who are called to the interview should observe the following instructions:

General Instructions

• The interview will be held on the specified date mentioned in this advertisement. The place where the interview will take place is specified for each Cadre.
• Each interviewee must arrive at the interview area wearing a mask.
• Each interviewee should have identification for verification.
• Acceptable IDs include: Resident ID, Voter ID, Employment ID, Citizenship ID, or Passport.
• The interviewees must bring their ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, starting with the certificate of birth, form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree, and so on, depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
• Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of results, form V and form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW.
• Each interviewee will be responsible for their own expenses for Food, Travel, and Accommodation.
• Each interviewee should carefully note the date, time, and place assigned for their interview.
• For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, it is important to ensure that their certificates are verified by the relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
• Job applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. Therefore, they should not hesitate to apply again when job vacancies are announced and should comply with the requirements of the relevant advertisement.
• For cadres who are required to be registered with their Professional Boards, they should bring their Original Certificates of Registration as well as Licenses to operate.
• All interviewees invited to the interview should ensure that they log in to their accounts and copy the interview number, as those numbers will not be given on the day of the interview.
• All interviewees are informed that the weather in Dodoma City is very cold, so they are advised to wear clothes that can withstand the cold weather.
• The interviewee is not allowed to bring a phone or any other electronic device into the interview area.
