Call for Work Various Institution via Ajira Portal
The Secretary of the Public Service Employment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who underwent interviews between January 14, 2023, and January 22, 2024, that the results of successful candidates are as listed in this announcement.
The list includes some candidates who were in the database for various positions and have been assigned workstations after the positions were filled.
Successful interviewees are required to collect appointment letters for their workstations at the Office of the Public Service Employment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Cashier’s Office, within seven days from the date of this announcement.
After this period, uncollected letters will be sent to their postal addresses. Additionally, successful applicants are required to report to the employer within the specified time stated in the appointment letters, with original certificates starting from Form Four onwards for verification before being issued employment letters.
Those whose names are not listed in this announcement should understand that they did not secure a position/did not pass the interview and are encouraged to reapply when job vacancies are advertised.
IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect appointment letters must have identification for recognition; Acceptable identification includes: Citizenship ID, Passport, Residence ID, Voter ID, or Employment ID.
