The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews from 14-05-2023 to 19-03-2024 that the results of the successful applicants are listed in this announcement.

The list also includes some candidates from the database who have been allocated workstations as vacancies have become available.

Successful candidates are required to collect their job placement letters at the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat offices located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro Buildings, Open Registry within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, letters that are not collected will be sent to the applicants via their postal addresses.

Additionally, successful candidates are required to report to their employers within the timeframe specified in the job placement letters with their original certificates from Form Four onwards for verification by the employer before being given the employment letter.

Those whose names do not appear in this announcement should consider that they did not succeed and are encouraged to apply for other positions when they are advertised.

Those coming to collect their job placement letters must bring identification for verification. Acceptable IDs include: National ID, Passport, Resident ID, Voter ID, or Work ID.
